Dumping Garbage at City Hall

this is a video of me dumping garbage at city hall in protest to the extreme costs to dump and the city removing the "free dump day" we had for years.

i had sent the city a Notice and Demand to reinstate the free dump day or I would be dumping my garbage at city hall, of course they ignored me, so I dumped the garbage 10 days after the notice.

I may be facing jail time as well as a huge fine for doing so, but its the principle that counts. government is constanly getting worse and more ignorant with little way to hold them accountable. they bring this on themselves.
