Not all thoughts are your own

What we dwell on in our minds greatly affects the steps we take in life. The mind is a powerful tool that God gave us to glorify Him with, and we do this by keeping it on Him.

But the enemy also wants our attention on him, because he knows if he can get us to dwell on the wrong things, than it opens a door for him to work in our hearts and lives.

Romans 12:2

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect
