Judge to Trump's Attorney: 'Losing All Credibility' Judge Juan Merchan is starting to show his bias in the case, attacking Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche multiple times during the gag order argument. Blanche has argued that all of Trump’s post were just him publicly defending himself from attacks by Cohen and Daniels. "I'm asking the questions. I'm going to be the one who decides whether your client is in contempt,” shouted Judge Merchan.
