Retail Therapy + Coffee Bar Restock // Day In The Life
I’ve fallen in love with pajamas!
So, each spring I invest in a new set (or two!) for the season!

I also find that to take care of myself, which enables me to be more present and ables me to take care of my family, after a shopping haul I take my time, throw on some music, and decant, restock, and clear out the old. This practice has made a huge difference in my day-to-day operations!

You wouldn’t think taking the time to decant everything you purchase, would be so effective, but it is! Excess packaging is thrown out immediately. Chopping and cleaning are already done. So, during the week when you’re tired, and don’t feel like doing anything and need something quick, it’s all been prepped, and sorted for easy reach!

And if you walk away with just one thing from today’s video, let it be this:
For every item you bring into your wardrobe, you discard two items.
