Jar Jar Kit Reveal | Insta-Kill on BASIC & Other Bonuses, but at a Cost

Jar Jar has a kind of... weird kit. He puts death-mark and blind on himself, but then has +1000% evasion and a 0.01% chance to add bonus mechanics to all of his moves, including an insta-kill on his BASIC!
In addition, he has the usual 3 omicrons, all centered in grand arena. His second omicron feels really worthless though, so putting that on him would be quite a decision.
