Tohatsu 6hp Outboard 4 stroke valve adjustment.

Working on a 2006 Tohatsu 6hp outboard. It was backfiring and was super high idle from someone messing with the idle screw. The coil and fuel pump are very weak. In this episode I tackle adjusting the valve clearance and trying to figure out what is going on?
