Bye, Bye Title IX | Women's Spaces, Scholarships, and Opportunities Are Done

The Biden Administration has released new Title IX regulations, changing the laws' specific protections of women based on biological sex. Where it used to classify women as a protected class and therefore allowed women to have their own bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, scholarships, jobs, and opportunities, without it being considered "discrimination" to have areas of society that men could not be a part of - now, these new guidelines remove the protection based on the thing that makes us different from men - which is our biology. It now says that the new "protections" are based on whatever gender someone identifies as, meaning men are legally allowed to enter women's spaces and take their opportunities, and it's grounds for a lawsuit, meeting the standard for sexual harassment, by the man if women oppose. This is not a rewrite of Title IX - this is the abolishment of Title IX.

It includes punishment for not forcing kids to use someone's made-up pronouns, and even removes due process for men who are accused of s*xual a**ault by women.

Let's go through all of the implications of the new non-Title IX, Title IX and talk about the numerous risks to anyone who isn't mentally ill that this poses.
