A Judge declared a mistrial for George Alan Kelly 75 years old who held his faith before trial.

The case centered around the death of Illegal Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, who was found shot to death on Kelly's ranch in Arizona, on Jan. 30, 2023.

Mr. Kelly denied to pled guilty last year in exchange for a lighter charge and stood his ground in self defense! (Raven)
