Earth Has Survived Another Liberal's Earth Day, Yay God!

Are we really so full of ourselves that we believe if we drive a EV and have solar panels on our home, we will 'Save the Planet'? Can we counterbalance the eruption of a volcano by having the before mentioned? Do we have any control at all?
