Russian FSB arrest suspected accomplice in Moscow car bombing

Officers of the Russian Federal Security Services have detained a man in Lugansk who is suspected to be an accomplice in preparing the car bombing of a former Ukrainian Security Service officer living in Moscow. The man allegedly took the photos of the area where the blast occurred.
