Police storm Yale with riot gear

Dozens of students were arrested at Yale University’s Connecticut campus early Monday morning during an anti-Israel protest encampment.

The police, dressed in riot gear, detained at least 47 protesters and transported them away from the Ivy League campus.

The students were issued trespassing summonses and will face potential disciplinary action from Yale, including possible suspensions.

The arrests followed police footage showing officers blocking entrances to a plaza where around 200 protesters had gathered, the New York Post reported.
