1) identifying billions of dollars of transactions coming from a complex network of NGOs and wealthy individuals to illegally influence our elections, and

    Love Jay and the work he is doing to explain what is going on. But this whack a mole method of finding fake voters isn't going to cut it. Fastest way to nut this vote by mail election fraud......which is the mechanism used to rig elections.......is to require ballots placed in the mail be sent "Certified Mail", signature required for delivery. Then if it can't be delivered, ballot must be returned to the sender. At all times, the elections office and post office must be able to account for each and every ballot, with a small number of designated (and unknown to anyone) fake voters seeded into the system as a cross check. As it stands now, vote by mail is being run on an honor system. That is a wide open invitation for election fraud. No integrity at all.
