Starting off with a precise but enormous focus, Jim Walsh hammered out the issues to be addressed in the final General Parliamentary Session for the techinical "2nd day" of the GOP WA state convention. Delegates in the hundreds came up after motions were made and considered for the procedure of voting the delegates and alternates in.

After GOP chairman Jim Walsh and Governor Semi Bird gave their speeches, the Delegates themselves also eventually came up themselves to give speeches and were lively and diverse in the nature they expressed their advantages and skills for the new job of Delegate and Alternate Delegates for going to Washington DC based on the number of districts represented from WA state!

After, they started the vote count, and there were more motions and parliamentary procedures in the meanwhile for issues such as the nature of handling the Delegate vote itself as well as future considerations for voting.

There were various issues with voting but these were laid out with people adjusting the screens for people to see the candidates as well as having active speakers continue to come up whether this was to raise issues with the ballot/vote counting or even if it was to withdraw from the vote for the hope of correcting any miscounts of non-running delegate candidates.

This was recorded at the Spokane Convention Space from 9 am -12pm in WA state.
