Date Truffle Recipe

Ingredients:
400 grams soft dates
50 grams almonds
50 grams walnuts
20 grams desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon cinnamon

For garnishing:
Sesame seeds
Crushed walnuts
Cocoa powder
Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions:
Remove the pits from the dates and place them in a blender along with the other ingredients mentioned in the description. Blend well until a dough-like consistency forms.

Next, separate 10-gram portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Optionally, roll the balls in chocolate, sesame seeds, crushed walnuts, or chocolate sprinkles. Place them in paper capsules. Enjoy!

400 گرم خرمای نرم
50گرم بادام
50 گرم گردو
20 گرم پودر نارگیل
1 قاشق غذاخوری ارده یا کره بادام زمینی
1 قاشق غذاخوری آب
نصف قاشق چایخوری دارچین
مواد لازم برای تزیین:
کنجد
گردوی خورد شده
پودر کاکائو
ترافل ریز شکلاتی
طرز تهیه:
هسته خرما ها را جدا کرده و همراه با بقیه مواد ذکر شده در دسکریبشن داخل میکسر میریزیم و خوب میکس میکنیم تا خمیری شکی شود. بعد توپک های 10 گرمی از خمیر را جدا کرده و آن ها را گرد میکنیم و بعد به دلخواه داخل شکلات، کنجد، گردو یا ترافل می غلتانیم و بعد در کپسول های کاغذی میگذاریم. نوش جان
