Ingredients:

2 tomatoes
15g butter
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chopped garlic
3 eggs
Chives
Cream cheese

Recipe:

1. Slice the tomatoes and lay them out on a hot, buttered frying pan.
2. Season with salt and pepper, and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
2. Cut the chives and prepare your eggs by whisking them with salt and pepper.
3. Pour the eggs over the tomatoes in the pan, add dill, and place thin slices of cream cheese on top, arranging them in a star shape.
