If you have dumbbells at home and are wondering how to train, follow me! No more excuses for not moving at home!! Let's Go

All exercises are 4 x 12 reps (barbell: 5kg)

Shoulder Press

Extended Bicep Curls

Lateral Raise

Tricep Extensions

For beginners, you can use a 2 or 3 kg barbell.
