Unmasking DEI for what it really is

The DEI framework poses a significant challenge to the core principles of American society, as it undermines our cultural institutions and promotes a harmful framework that weakens resilience, replaces it with vulnerability, and eliminates fair competition within American society, the American workforce, and our family structures. Moreover, it prioritizes race over merit, falsely suggesting that anyone can achieve the top 1% without considering merit, ensuring favorable outcomes for everyone, and engaging in a form of socialist-like redistribution and expropriation under a different guise. Within the DEI framework, equity is inherently discriminatory towards the foundation upon which our founding fathers intended our country to operate.
