Please join in some "Good for Nothing Meditation."

We will start with a gentle stretch and then meditate. Open discussion will be welcomed after the meditation should anyone like share.

Find a comfortable place to sit, illuminate a candle, light some incense and prepare to let go. This evening we will gently work towards self-knowing. Our existence is never short of mysteries and may the powers of love and compassion guide our following steps.
