The LORD Is Looking At The Heart

"But ADONAI (The LORD) said to Sh’mu’el (Samuel), “Don’t pay attention to how he looks or how tall he is, because I have rejected him. ADONAI doesn’t see the way humans see — humans look at the outward appearance, but ADONAI looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7)(CJB)

"And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God’s will." (Romans 8:27)(AMP)

"Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God." (Matthew 5:8)(NKJV)

Too often, we get so caught up in the 'stuff' of life going on around us; the good, the bad, the happy, the tragic, whether we are living through it ourselves or even as we see others going through it, and we start waning in our faith and question God, question Jesus, question Holy Spirit about all that we "see" with our eyes and forget to seek the "heart" of our LORD who not only sees what's happening, but who CARES ABOUT EVERY BIT OF IT!

This can be especially true when we look at people and judge their actions by - again - wait for it - we judge by what we "see" alone and not TRUST GOD AND HIS PLAN!

ALWAYS remember and NEVER forget: it is the LORD to whom we ALL Answer to to and NOT some person sitting on a fancy chair sitting in some plush office who "THINK" that they are the ones "in charge"; and it's the LORD our God who is THE ONE who is truly in charge; and it is HE who knows what is in the hearts and minds of men - whether good or evil. Amen & Shalom!
