On this episode we...
-start the fabrication of the crossmember in project Safari 4x4.
-take a trip to the wrecking yard to find a Ford NP208 and Jeep XJ steering box
-box in the factory frame and drill and tap new holes for the new crossmember.
-test a hybrid Chevy NP208 with a Ford NP208 bolt on yoke shaft and tail housing (spoiler, it doesn't work)
-take a look at a 4xShaft.com SYE for NP208 kit that arrives
-fabricate a transmission / transfer case mount
-fabricate and install a skid plate for transfer case
-This weeks budget sheet

Attention: I miss used a word in Aquila's Request in this episode.... She's upset about it. I apologize. The word I used is symmetricity, and I thought that was a short way of saying "keeping everything symmetric". Apparently I am very wrong. So... Aquila's Request should read "put a matching plate on the other side so that is it symmetric" (this is in reference to the skid plate under the transfer case). I think it's fine without, it's just how they are. What do you think?
