Alois Irlmaier on three days of darkness

"Now I see everything even more clearly! During this war you will not have to flee, but you will need to stock up on food and water for three weeks. There will be no electricity and water. Don't open the windows, cover them with black paper. If anyone tries to come in, shoot. During these three weeks of anarchy, no law will apply. There will be a dusty death outside. More people will die overnight than in the previous two wars. Open water and food, not in cans but in glass jars, will be poisoned."
- Alois Irlmaier on three days of darkness, 1959
