Fishing Off A Highway In Ventura County :D!

In this video, I go rock fishing off the highway in Ventura County. I caught a walleye surfperch, and then a really random rock crevice catch. Might have been a sculpin, not sure what kind, maybe cabezon? Anyway, I talk a lot about safety because it is very important to always be safe when you fish in certain areas. you always want to be careful, we are here to fish and have fun, not fish and get hurt. Do your best to always fish safely.
