What happens to the sinner after he is created anew? Does this change his behavior in anyway? Are there really external evidences that can be seen by all?

Of course there is. These external evidences are the effects of salvation and not the cause of salvation nonetheless they are always present when the true new birth happens in the life of a sinner.
