Living Off the Grid in the City Radio Show. Efficiency and performance test for 2023 Nissan Ariya electric vehicle. This trial shows real world data from a 2883 km or 1791 mile trip. This is for the 66kwh Engage model. Driving conditions were normal highway and road conditions. Vehicle was loaded only with luggage and some supplies. This test gave me some surprising results. I routinely matched or overperformed on the rated EPA vehicle range of 348 km or 216 miles. The average km/kwh was about 5.3 km or 3.3 miles per kwh. The average rate per kwh paid was $0.45 per kwh, that's $196, for the trip, ouch! Cost per km per kwh was about $0.07 per km or $0.11 per mile. Had to stop 12 times to travel 2883 km (1791 mi). These are other valuable information is included in this study.
