Peaceful witnesses required to assemble at Chelmsford Magistrate Court on 22nd April 2024

Just need to rectify, once Pany gets a wet signature, it will then be a private case, held in private, with only people who have first hand knowledge of the case. So it is not a public prosecution. It wont be on the court of record. I got this wrong.
