Ukraine has stricken a large oil refinery inside of Smolensk cutting deep into Russia's ability to keep waging the war in Ukraine. The Russian government was shocked to hear that the nill to aid Ukraine has been passed today, and some 65 Billion Dollars will be going to support Ukraine.
