SOME PEOPLE SOME THINGS
For much of my adult life, I have seen myself as the man in the middle.
As most of you have also.

What is the old adage.
“There will always be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Seeing yourself as the man in the middle, then you are in the position ‘to lift some’.
As Jesse Lee Peterson would say. “Some, not all, not all, not all.”

As the man in the right position to ask God to lift you. Not lording over some. And! Not groveling under others.

You are the man in the middle, no less than mimicking our Lord Jesus Christ. Who saw himself as the Word between Man and God.

You too, are to become as a Mediator, a beacon of light between the needs of others and the very Throne of God.

You’d be fortunate if a Christ-Man or Christ-Woman lived near you in a cataclysm.

If you live near a middleman or if you are a man or woman in the middle. There are yet many, an upheaval, a turning.

Revelation 9:4
4 They were told not to hurt the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree, but [to hurt] only the people who do not have the seal (mark of ownership, protection) of God on their foreheads.

Do not hurt the people who have God’s mark of ownership on them. Talk about putting a mark on them for persecution.

This means some of us, 144,000 of us, who get to go through the Great Tribulation as witnesses of the anger of Satan.

The term “seal of the living God” in Revelation 7:3 and 9:4 refers to a seal that will be placed on the bond-servants of God during the tribulation period. Also, notice that Revelation 7:3 says the seal will be placed on their foreheads.

I was once in a prayer meeting in 1992. The prayer meeting was dying down because it was 11:00 o’clock at night.

I could hear a tavern off in the distance. We had driven by it earlier that day, it was no farther than one mile away. The Mexican farm workers congregated, in the spirit, I might add this a really big bar of 300+ occupancy. .

As I say, the prayer meeting was dying down which would have been natural at this time of the evening. Our occupancy was about 300 also.

So I stood to my feet and began to extort the small group, possibly 10 or 12 men, to listen to the spirited calls to their god Baal at the tavern.
“Do you hear how they call on their god? Whooping and Snorting over the top of UMPA music.
I would that we should do any thing less?”

There was such a caterwauling from all the men, myself included.
Did it change the outcome of the revival meeting?

Yes, it did! It changed me.

Now know this, God is not always in loudness of the call.
God, is not always in the exuberant running of the aisles or in the waving of the handkerchiefs. Blessings all around.

It is amazing; I know, but it’s like that sometimes.
I love it, how God can ask me questions that I don’t have the answers too. How is that even possible?

I love God for how He keeps me day by day.
