Unexplained Outages; Chinese Hackers? The Russians? US?

Is the Biden administration intentionally sabotaging the country or doing so unknowingly due to incompetence? Or is it our enemies abroad attacking us in an attempt to bring down our infrastructure?

Either way, or neither way, it's bad. Their job is to protect the infrastructure. The government is failing miserably. One of these days they will have to get a new story line... They start with someone cut a line.. and end up with ... hackers. How convenient. It's time to call bullshit, bullshit.
