Can anybody give me any kind of possible way that this could be happening? I mean, I know that the whole details of why it makes that little reflection, but what could be the causes it to look like that like I can’t come up with any idea of what it could possibly be up there, it looks like some sort of satellite dish or something and shooting into the center of it like a laser that’s causing it to light up. Please let me know if you have any theories like this video and share it.
