Thank you all for joining and making this a beautiful round table discussion for learning!

Today we focused on recognizing and combatting the dark when they are in our space. Sometimes we need to recognize the problem better and then shift focus to addressing it in a neutral state.

➡️MaShon talked about a lot of the different sensations you may have felt before and a lot of strategies for combatting them.

➡️Then a lot of you beautiful light warriors chimed in with your own strategies, tactics, and additional questions about sensations as well.
