Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) has introduced legislation to remove the liability protection from Covid-19 vaccine manufacturers RETROACTIVELY.

One can read the legislation at the above link. It seems the legislation has not yet been assigned a Resolution Number.

Of course the legislation requires a majority passage in both Senate & House of Representatives, and then Biden's signature. Not likely going to happen, but legislators will be forced to show their constituents their feelings on the matter.
