But even the combined might of STEGMUTT, GIZMODUCK, NEPTUNIA, MORGANA, and (of course) DARKWING DUCK may not be enough to stop the robots' master: THE BOTHERER, who wants to transform innocent people into horrible stone creatures that will enable him to take over the city - and eventually the world!
