On Friday, 02/02/24, Police responded to the 400 block of Front Street at a bar called the HOG'S BREATH Saloon located in Key West Florida in reference to an intoxicated subject. Dispatch advised the subject was highly intoxicated and needed assistance. She exhibited slurred speech, glassy/watery/bloodshot eyes and the overwhelming odor of an alcoholic
beverage on her breath. A white male, later identified as her husband of one year, was
attempting to help her stand and appeared concerned for her safety.
Police watched as she began to strike her husband in the chest and shoulder twice with her closed fist. She then seconds later struck her husband three more times in the chest with her closed fist. The Police Officer once again gave her a lawful command not to hit her husband and verbally identified himself as a police officer.
She then told the officer "Idon't give a f*ck who you are".
