So far, the forces have eliminated ten terrorists in encounters, arrested eight wanted persons, uncovered explosives and axes and searched buildings.

In addition, the forces located and destroyed a laboratory of explosives for use in terrorist activities, located and confiscated many weapons including pistols, 'M16' type weapons and other combat equipment.

Since the beginning of the activity, eight IDF soldiers and an MGB soldier were injured with minor and moderate injuries, all the soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital, their families were informed.

The wanted persons who were arrested and the weapons confiscated were transferred to the security forces for further processing.
