LOTUS BISCOFF CRUNCH MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS
1 pack thick cream or whipping cream(250ml) (chilled)
1/2 cup Lotus biscoff Spread
8-10 lotus biscoff biscuits(crushed)
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp walnuts(chopped)
*Method:*
-In a bowl, whip chilled cream for about 6-7 minutes, till
stiff peaks are formed(or follow whipping cream packet
instructions)
-Fold in Lotus Biscoff spread, beat them together for 30
second, and voila, the mousse is ready. Put in fridge.
While you prepare Walnut Crunch
In a pan, on medium heat,put sugar,keep stirring till i
starts to melt, keep stirring occasionallyfor 7-8 minutes,
till it gets liquidy. Take out some caramel in a separate
bowl to make sugar decorations and put walnuts in the
remaining. Let it cool for aboùt 20 mins and get hard.
Smash it with a spoon to get the caramel crunch
ASSEMBLING
In a serving cup, add biscuits, then lotus Mousse, top it
with walnut caramel crunch, and some Sugar decorations
