US-Philippines drills | ‘Militarizing already tense situation in S. China sea’

China has slammed upcoming joint military drills between the US and the Philippines in the Southeast Asian country’s waters. Beijing has warned Manila against becoming Washington’s ‘puppet’.
RT spoke with Harry Roque, a former Philippines presidential spokesperson, who says Washington’s aim is to suppress China’s economic growth and military power.
