Balloon Play

Upward they rise, in twilight's embrace,
Lighted balloons, a whimsical chase.
Glowing orbs in the evening sky,
Like fireflies dancing, floating high.

Each tethered to dreams, fragile and bright,
With whispers of hope, taking flight.
Ribbons of color against the night's deep,
A carnival of wishes, secrets they keep.

In their ascent, a silent cheer,
A beacon of joy, drawing near.
Lighted balloons, a spectacle rare,
Painting the darkness with flair.

Oh, let them soar on wings of delight,
Through starlit realms, beyond twilight.
In their glow, we find a moment's thrill,
Lighted balloons, forever still.
