Israel's People Live (Called Together 211): Restored to Life - #1 GOD's Billboard

Ezekiel, a priest and prophet, is called to prophecy during the darkest days of Judah's history--the seventy-year Babylonian captivity. He was among the first Jews carried away to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar in 589 BC. While there, he is called to proclaim God's message of hope at a time when Judah has lost all hope. Though God's exiled people are like dry bones scattered beneath the burning sun, God has promised to regather them and breathe life into the nation once more. God's present judgment will give way to future glory so that all nations shall know that the LORD, has rebuilt the ruined places and planted what was desolate. The LORD has spoken it and He will perform it (Ezekiel 36:36).
