Looks like Wayforward,The same Master Minds who Brought us both Shantae and River City Girls have cooked up another Recepi gem coming out later this year,this one being called " Yars Rising"

and for the research I did on this upcoming Gem,this game seems to be some kind of a Full-Fledged Modern Remake of an old Atari 2600 Game called "Yar's Revenge"
