This 56 page document from 2008/2009 regarding Advanced Technology Threats has supposedly been declassified and released to the public.

• In the document, it talks about establishing medical findings of deaths and injuries related to individuals coming in close contact with UFO vehicles

In the document, (not in the video) it talks about techniques to transfer matter across dimensional and spacetime barriers.

MY THOUGHTS:
I’m with Rogan… I usually listen to my gut on things and this is just sooooo going against my gut. Not to say it’s wrong or not real… but this wasn’t an “accidental release”.

They wanted it to be released. The question is, to shape what narrative?
