All organizations, whether secular or religious, profito or non profit will eventually have personality conflicts. Interestingly, the Bible has for thousands of years, given some godly #wisdom and #advice for when such personality clashes occur, and there are those who are deeply ofended, and those whose natural nature is to be a #bully (usually excused in the name of a strong personality), Clash to bring harm to the organization, they both love and are called by God to serve in. Pastor Sammy shares some exhortation and #advice to help bring harmony today for you and your organization.
