This is a video discussing the need for DHA for all of us and especially for people on a plant-based diet with it being an essential nutrient that we do convert but the rates are unreliable and its easily solved with an algae supplement which is cheap and solves the issue easily but the knowledge of the need for this is hidden and while plant based foods should mimic meat and have dha fortified none of them do and they are far from imitations of meat in nutritionwhich should surely be the point
