Human Bones being smoke as a drug!!1

his drug epidemic is placed on the young men of Congo on purpose. This ISNT an accident! Sierra Leone is known as a country with a very young population. This is a threat to those that want to continue to steal the country's resources. People high on drugs are not going to fight back nor be politically involved. So upsetting to see this happening in Africa.
