Water - to form a dough
Oil - to fry
For Spicy Sauce - Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Curry Leafs - 10
Dry Red Chilli - 4
Green Chilli - 3 slit
Garlic - 3-4 tbsp chopped
Red Chili Powder (kashmiri / non spicy) - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coriander Fresh - 2 tbsp chopped
Spring Onion Greens - 1 tbsp chopped
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Water - ½ cup
MSG - 1 pinch (optional)
Red Food Color - 1 pinch
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
Coriander Fresh - to garnish

पानी - आटा बनाने के लिए
तेल - तलने के लिए
तीखी सॉस के लिए - तेल - 2 बड़े चमच
अदरक - 1 इंच कटा हुआ

हरी मिर्च - 3 लंबी कटी हुई
लहसुन - 3-4 बड़े चमच कटा हुआ
लाल मिर्च पाउडर (कश्मीरी / तीखा नहीं) - 1 बड़ा चमच
सिरका - 1 छोटी चमच
ताजा धनिया - 2 बड़े चमच कटा हुआ
हरी प्याज के पत्ते - 1 बड़ा चमच कटा हुआ
टमाटर केचप - 1 बड़ा चमच
चिल्ली सॉस - 1 बड़ा चमच (वैकल्पिक)
सोया सॉस - 1 छोटी चमच
पानी - ½ कप
