Russian attack on Dnipro kills at least two - officials

A Russian attack on a Ukrainian residential building in Dnipro city on Friday (April 19) killed two and wounded at least 16, according to a local official. Russia launched a major Russian missile attack on the central Dnipropetrovsk region killing at least eight people, injured over 25 more and damaged critical infrastructure facilities, local officials reported on Friday morning.
