Kearns, Utah man runs over a car burglar while making a citizen's arrest!

Salt Lake County Sheriff's Deputy Phil Snyder responds to a vehicle burglary in progress call in which a Kearns man made an unlawful citizen's arrest by striking the suspect with a vehicle. Deadly force is not justified in this case, as the use of deadly force is not justified in Utah to make citizen's arrests or for personal property
