Biden Goes Full-On Incoherent During Remarks In Philly

Joe Biden was at campaign events in Philadelphia on Thursday, including an event with members of the Kennedy family. That of course is meant to be a dig at Robert Kennedy Jr., who is also running for president. But the members of the Kennedy family who were there got a closer look at the guy they're throwing their weight behind, and I hope they took it all in--because he was full-on incoherent during his remarks. Was this an attempt to quote the Declaration of Independence? If so, it went off the rails, as it wasn't what the Declaration said. He slurred and stumbled his way through it. The slurring is getting worse, too.

Was Biden trying to quote the Declaration of Independence? -- Biden (confused): "We've cut the budget by a lot of money!" No, he hasn't — he is UNWELL! -- Biden: "I see a future with a planet! We save the planet as this guy busting his neck doing. From climate change. Literally!" -- Biden: "Are you ready to choose freedom over democracy? Because that's America!" 🥴
