BTFD Failure: Account Blown on 2 big losses

My brand new funded prop account blown in one day, achieved in one day and blown the very next day. I got tunnel vision of BTFD, doubled down, and pulled my stop just as BTFD failed and the market sliced down - twice. Back to the drawing board.
