Dubai volunteers use kayaks to help stranded residents

Rahoul Bobe pushes his bright yellow kayak out of a residential building's garage in Dubai on Thursday (April 18) to help people get around in the city's flooded streets after a record storm saw a year's rain fall in a day. Bobe said he decided to use his kayak to assist those left stranded by the floods or in buildings where power and water has been cut off and people have no access to food.
