Why I Started My Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Journey

I started Jiu-Jitsu almost a year ago. And it has been a game changer for me. Learning a new skill that tests and challenges you is a rewarding and humbling experience. There are a lot of days where you feel like you don't want to go but you go anyways and you feel like a million bucks.
